In order to meet version numbering guidelines amend all version numbers for exported and imported packages as well as required plugins.
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Version_Numbering#How_to_specify_plug-in_requirements

In the future also pay attention to the special versioning requirements for features and re-exported dependencies (see link above).
