Build Identifier: 20120116 nightly build

Rui handler using Dojo Remote Runtime can not render in FF/Chrome, and VE render engine WebKit/XULRunner

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Web Client project using Dojo remote runtime
2. Create a RUIHandler and drag&drop some dojo widget into it
3. Set the render engine to XULRunner or WebKit
4. Open RUIHander by VE, it can not render.
5. IE works well
