The cm [am, rm] resource listing web page only shows a compact rendering of the resource upon hover in certain browsers, as follows:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://localhost:8080/rio-cm/list/changerequest
2. Hover a resource URL
3. Look for the compact rendering

Fix compact rendering hover in several browsers

I ran into the problem with change requests, but requirements and resources had the same problem, so the patch corrects all four instances. The fix is in handling of namespaces when parsing the XML response. This fixes Chrome, Safari, and Opera. IE still doesn't work for me, not sure why.
