Build Identifier: 

After upgrading to 2.2.0,  I can no longer view, add or update M2 Extra Build Steps. 

For jobs which had extra build steps configured before the upgrade, I can still see the steps in the config.xml file, but it is not visible when viewing the configuration on the front-end.

Adding new build steps to a job also doesn't work. I can add a step and save, but if you return to the configuration it isn't visible. It is also missing from the config.xml file.
