Eclipse 4.x introduced that I can resize horizontal and vertical at the same time (see screenshot).

In the latest 4.2 Integration Build this is not available anymore.

Works fine for me on Windows 7. Do you see this on Linux, Paul?

I still see this on Ubuntu 11.10 with the integration build from 10. January.

Ups. Sorry, it seem that I was confused by the Linux mouse-pointer as closed hand.

If I click once I see the closed hand, I can move in both directions. 

Sorry again for my error.
