on today's build...
1.  If I open a git log on org.eclipse.orion.client (local branch master) I get the Next> pagination command.  However the link doesn't work.  I can get the page by changing the URL in the bar.  The difference seems to be that
http://orion.eclipse.org/git/git-log.html#/gitapi/commit/master/file/BT/?page=2
works, but the command link is
http://orion.eclipse.org/git/git-log.html#/gitapi/commit/refs/heads/master/file/BT/?page=2&pageSize=50

2.  The remote page for org.eclipse.orion.client doesn't show the next/prev links at all.
