Description Rick Barkhouse CLA 2012-01-13 11:16:04 EST
If an XmlAttribute value contains quotes, marshalling to a StringWriter will fail to escape the quote characters. This will result in the following error when trying to unmarshal the xml:

[Fatal Error] :2:62: Element type "ns0:root" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".
