Description Michael Holtermann CLA 2012-01-13 03:06:49 EST
Build Identifier: 20110916-0149

The simple rename dialog, opened from the Package Explorer and Navigator, does not allow navigation by Ctrl+Cursor. The cursor does not stop at camel case letters nor at dots.

It would be helpful if it would be possible to navigate like in other dialogs, like "Rename Compulation Unit" or "Refactor -> Rename".

Instead, the cursor jumps to the end or start of the filename, causing me to delete character by character.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a properties file (or any other resource file)
2. Rename that file (Ctrl+R, "Refactor -> Rename")
3. Try to select the first part of a camel cased name or at least the file name without the extension

This is solved in Eclipse Neon.
