The new anomaly dialog needs an horizontal scroll bar for the description.

So the user can see the long lines that are not necessary to break and which will look better in e-mail notifications.
 
 Not having the horizontal scroll, forces the user to insert unnecessary line brakes which affect the appearance in the e-mail notifications
