In an IBD, it is not possible to properly fill a port with a color.
It looks like the arrow displayed in the port is an icon whose background is not transparent.

Right, I have updated these icons.
I have also fixed the preference page for port, flowport, part, the color changes were not stored.

Fixed in r6810 (0.8.x) and r6812 (trunk)
