In Bug 367328 it was pointed out that the Ant JARs are missing the bin/ folder which it is shipped with. This folder contains useful scripts for consumers. The CQ has been approved and I've added the folder back to the Ant JAR in Orbit. 

We should consume this new JAR once it is available.

Verified in Orbit build I20120109153617. 
If you want an Orbit build promoted quickly, then you can send a note to the mailing list, otherwise one will be promoted before M5 which you can consume.

I promoted a build since I have Orbit commit rights.
