After downloading a fresh version of eclipse 4.2 for osx (64 bit), the built-in e4 updatesite is not working:

No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.12.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download eclipse 4.2 for osx (64 bit cocoa)
2. Open the "Install new software" dialog
3. You get the error: "No repository found at http://download.eclipse.org/e4/updates/0.12."

I might have broken this again trying to clean up repos just before Christmas, as it was fixed by bug 364871

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag.
