Bug 364797 highlights a mechanism whereby many MDT/OCL users are making a fruitless attempt to access http://www.eclipse.org/ocl/1.1.0/oclstdlib.ecore.

Could you please access the web logs to give us an indication on how much traffic is associated with this practice.
