Recent versions of xtend flag wildcard imports as deprecated.

However, in some situations I want to be able to *read* my import lists
to get a feeling about dependencies. However, without wildcard imports
the list can easily get too long to see *anything* at a glance. Hence,
I don't agree that wildcard imports are bad.

Assuming that we won't agree on whether or not wildcard imports are good,
I propose to make this behavior configurable.
