The Eclipsecon.org site uses the Bugzilla DB to authenticate.  This is deprecated.  We should switch to using the site login/SSO facility provided by Phoenix (which centralizes around LDAP).

This would require some additional thought, since it's on a different domain.  Removing the dependency.

Eclipsecon.org/na2014 is using the site_login module. 

Authentication is done with LDAP now.

EclipseCon Europe is that last conference site to authenticate with the bugzilla DB.

Denis, do you think we can close this bug now?
