Invalid JSP page or resource bundle reference in faces-config file is not validated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- open faces-config and in the source view define a navigation rule/case referencing invalid jsp page (or define a message-bundle with incorrect properties file).

- save the page & exercise validate

The above invalid file reference are not caught.
