Once Autotools is moved into the CDT, shell features/plug-ins should be created for Linux Tools that require CDT Autotools.  This will allow current users of Autotools an update path which will automatically drag in the new CDT versions.  From that point on, the end-user will update the CDT versions.

An update path mechanism has been provided by using the p2.inf file in the main Autotools feature.
