Setup some DB connections with some connected to DB and some not connected to DB
Create a JPA Project with DB connection (one that is not connected at this time)
R-Click and select JPA Tools >Generate Entities from Tables...
Notice the Refresh, Select All and Deselect All buttons are disabled (which is correct per Bug 364206) 
From the Connection drop down select a DB that is connected to the DB, notice the Refresh, Select All and Deselect All buttons are now enabled (which is correct)
Now select a DB that is not connected to the DB again from the Connection drop down 
Notice the Refresh, Select All and Deselect All buttons are still enabled if you click on them no errors appear (this was fixed in Bug 364206) but they should not be enabled.
