changes to p2 map file

A new version of ECF has been released and we should consume it. I have attached a map file to change p2's map file contribution but the Platform feature also needs to be updated, which I don't believe I have the commit rights to do.

Fixed in N20120104-2000.  Also, I just fixed the platform.doc options file which was not fixed last night.
