Could you please check the status of the eclipse.org mailing lists? I have the impression that they don't work:
- An email I sent to tycho-dev@eclipse.org earlier today wasn't delivered to me by the mailing list. (This usually happens.)
- Emails sent to tycho-user@eclipse.org after Christmas [1] were not delivered to me, and there are no replies (which is uncommon for our users list :-)

Hmm, looks like mailman fell over due to 'bad' log file permissions(probably due to logrotate borking something).  I've fixed the permissions and I've changed logrotate to try and figure out what it's doing.
