Description Dan O'Connor CLA 2011-12-29 10:02:30 EST
Build Identifier: 3.4.2

The translated Norwegian text in the compare files dialog should be changed to conform with translation best practices.
The words "Compare" and "Compare Text" should be translated as follows:

Currently:
Compare -> Sammenlikn
Should be:
Compare -> Sammenlign
Currently:
Text Compare -> Tekstsammenlikning
Should be:
Text Compare -> Tekstsammenligning

Strings can be found in:
org.eclipse.compare.nl2a:
plugin_no.properties -> ResourceCompare.twoWay.title
TextMergeViewerResources_no.properties -> title

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Norwegian language version of Eclipse
2.Create a project
3.Create a text file within the project and add some text
4.Save the file
5.Modify the file
6.In the navigator select compare with -> local history (select the previous version)
The dialog will appear with the incorrect translations
Comment 1 Remy Suen CLA 2012-01-03 09:53:43 EST
Please update the translation strings in Babel.

Comment 2 Curtis Windatt CLA 2012-01-03 11:47:03 EST
As Remy has stated, the translations are handled by the Babel tool. Closing as INVALID.
