According to these instructions http://wiki.eclipse.org/Juno/Contributing_to_Juno_Build#Runtime_Target_Platform_Category in order to get into the release train "runtime only" projects that do not contribute to the IDE has to include few instructions to their p2 repositories. This bug tracks the work on that task.
We won't need to mark the p2 repo as "runtime only" because this only applies if we have features that can be installed in the IDE. We don't have any features so users can't accidentaly install something in their IDE. Closing as invalid.
