Source folders sometimes duplicate in Make Targets View:
1. Create an Empty project.
2. Make sure "Hide Empty Folders" button on the toolbar is unchecked.
3. Create source folder "src" in the project. Getting double folder in the view.

I also noticed irregularities while removing source folders, i.e. it won't go away but the reproducible test case slipped away from me.
