The task of the model set query adapter is saving the reference of objects from an eclass. This mechanism has some bugs a refactoring using EContentAdapter must be done

This modification brought a regression on the following plug-ins on the Trunk (And probably on the Branch) :

- org.eclipse.papyrus.infra.ui.resources (org.eclipse.papyrus.ui.resources)
- org.eclipse.papyrus.uml.resourceloading.profile (org.eclipse.papyrus.resourceloading.umlprofile)

These plug-ins don't compile anymore.
