Provide support for certificate authentication: Enhance CommonsHttpClient to obtain certificate and trust manager from RepositoryLocation and create a connection manager configured with the corresponding SSL socket factory instance.

The UI has been extended to provide input fields for certificate authentication. CommonHttpClient now passes an SslSupport instance through HttpParams to PollingSslProtocolSocketFactory if certificate authentication is enabled.
