I found this memory leak using the plugin Memory Analyzer.
Steps to reproduce : 
	1/ create an EMF Model
	2/ edit an element in a table 
	3/ close the table
	4/ do a heap dump to analyze the object in memory
		-> you will find 1 CustomizationEngine by table that you opened and closed
