Tested with 8.0.1 and master (2011-12-21)

};

1. Invoke Implement Method inside TestClass
2. The Refactoring wizard opens with nothing to select

Instead, I think it should behave like Generate Getters and Setters and display message.

Fixed in 8.0.2 and master > 2012-01-04.
