Currently BIRT engine programmer documentation is too difficult to use. The documentation is not included in the birt-report-designer-all-in-one*.zip. Manual copy of the source features and plugins is needed.

BIRT All-In-One package is designed to not contain the api javadoc.
Users can get the javadoc plugins from the framework-sdk package or directly installed from BIRT update site.
