The problems of JSGen in EDT

Please refer to this document about the JSGen reduction in EDT.
Notice that in the "Problem Resolved" part, "4. Inline Code for Null Checking" is still in progress and plan to finish in I2.

Ji Yong, I agree that we should commit the patch that you have created so far, and work on the rest of the changes in a future release.  To avoid having this work item be 'half completed', please open another enhancement for this topic with the title, "Reduce the size of generated JS file - .8 release".  We can mention the patch and specific changes in that task.  This task can then be targeted at the Future milestone.
