Build Identifier: 

The External Tools preference page (General->Run/Debug->External Tools) features two checkboxes:
[x] Confirm before migrating external ...
[x] Confirm before migrating projects ...

Both these checkboxes are checked by default. However, the Restore button only restores the value for the first button...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open External Tools preference page
2. Deselect both checkboxes
3. Push Restore Defaults button: Only first checkbox is restored
