Getting following Compilation Error in SvnAPI.java :
Description: digest cannot be resolved or is not a field

We are using OSEE_099_SR3 , org.eclipse.team.svn_0.7.9.I20110318-1700.jar, org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector_2.2.2.I20110318-1700.jar etc jars

Please let us know the solution. The same was compiling successfully in OSEE 099 SR2.

The problem you are seeing is because we are building against newer versions of those jars:
   org.eclipse.team.svn.core_0.7.9.I20111123-1700.jar
   org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector.svnkit16_2.2.2.I20111119-1700.jar
   org.polarion.eclipse.team.svn.connector_2.2.2.I20110318-1700.jar

Are you able to update your Subversive SVN plugins to their latest versions?

This was addressed in commit 65ad008cecf0acd44d691de39af349614057d308.  Update OSEE to 0.9.9_SR3 or later and the problem should be resolved.
