Description Igor Fedorenko CLA 2011-12-20 10:45:30 EST
It is still possible to post to the m2e forum, despite the sticky message that the forum is read-only. m2e developers do not monitor the forum, so questions posted there remain unanswered, which can understandably be frustrating for the users.

As far as I can tell the forum is as 'read only' as I can make it.

Perhaps at this stage the better question is: do we still need this forum or can I remove it?

If you can't make the forum read-only, I think it is better to remove it altogether.

Ok I've queued it for deletion.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

The forum has been moved to the Archived section, set to require a password, and queue any posts that somehow make it in for moderator approval.
