Currently, details of a commit are part of the "Git Log" output. Being able to get them in isolation from other commits is required on "commit details page" (bug 360472).

An URI like this http://localhost:8080/gitapi/commit/9e0c0c1ebd6f162c3708ed3954c98f7c4d04cdd1/file/rv/ seems to be working just fine. So let change this bug to making sure all the expected details are there.

I'm taking that back. The URI actually returns an array with a single item, it's not exactly what we need.
