Build Identifier: 7.0.1 also seen in previous

After performing some modification in text and scrolling down/up more than one screen size, view skips to modification place after short time period. Tested under NB for PHP.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.get longer(longer than 2 screens i.e.) document and make some modification
2.scroll down/up so modification is not in your view
3.after sec or two current view skips to original modification(cursor)
