Some of the tycho integration tests which open sockets to localhost are failing because they are being redirected to the HTTP proxy specified in the default maven settings.xml on the hudson.eclipse.org slaves.

Please add localhost|127.0.0.1 to nonProxyHosts:

<nonProxyHosts>localhost|127.0.0.1|*.eclipse.org|172.30.206.*</nonProxyHosts>

Right now we have a workaround in  place [1] but I think it's better to fix this at the root.
