After 5 minutes of installaion Ive got the following failure message:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

The failure msg arise in the middle of the installion of ->  Glass Fish Sever Tools

The GlassFish server is provided by individual vendor and it is not
part of WTP.  Please contact the provider to have the issue resolved.
