Build Identifier: M20110909-1335

After performing an automatica update (WindowBuilder and scala plugin update), i have responded with "Apply changes" at the request of restarting eclipse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Perform automatic update 
2. Select "Apply changes" at the request

You should tell Eclipse to restart instead of trying to apply the updates.

I addressed the issue by removing the apply button.
