This should work similar to the "org.eclipse.ui.workbench.texteditor.rulerColumns" extension point.
Existing ruler columns (address, function offsets, opcodes) will be converted to contributed columns.

Added extension point "org.eclipse.cdt.debug.ui.disassemblyRulerColumns" and converted existing columns to contributed ones.
