The Gemini Management bundle Activator is biased towards Virgo.

Firstly, the code refers to a Virgo-specific property with name org.eclipse.virgo.management.bundle. If it is necessary to be able to specify which bundle Gemini Management uses to view the artefacts to be managed, then this is a general capability and should be specified by a Gemini Management-specific property.

Secondly, given the design in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=366235#c1 it is not clear that the function of being able to specify which bundle Gemini Management uses to view the artefacts to be managed is required, so perhaps this code and the above property can be deleted.
