Build Identifier: 

There is no possibility to install papyrus without source files and other SDK tools. I think that main papyrus feature should be removed

Since (at least) 0.9.X, Papyrus and Papyrus SDK are separate features. Only the standard Papyrus feature is available in the Eclipse Release Train.
