Can you please rename the following builds for nebula:
* maven-nebula-inc-nightly  -> nebula.incubation
* maven-nebula-1.0-nightly  -> nebula.nebula

Seems like you forgot "maven-nebula-1.0-nightly" - to become "nebula.nebula".
