Issue #1. When showing an invisible column by the popup menu in the header, the tree is not refreshed. Refresh the tree viewer after this action.
Issue #2. Change the instruction message in the filter configuration dialog. Refer to the dialog invoked by Target Explorer->"Customize view...".
