The plugin oep.infra.core.adaptor.gmf has dependencies on gmf, so, it should moved in the layer infra.gmfdiag.

In R6439 : commit the new plugin oep.infra.gmfdiag.common.
In R6440 : update the psf papyrus-full

First, I choosed to create a new plugin oep.infra.gmfdiag.common, but, it is easiest to rename the current plugin oep.infra.core.adaptor.gmf into oep.infra.gmfdiag.common...
In R6441 : delete the previous plugin oep.infra.gmfdiag.common on the SVN
In R6442 : rename and move the plugin oep.infra.core.adaptor.gmf into oep.infra.gmfdiag.common on the SVN
In R6444 : update the file papyrus-full.psf
