The current state of the tree viewer is not persisted between two sessions. The columns and the filters configured are not remembered next time when it is opened. These states should be persisted so that:
1. The tree viewer's column state and filter state can be restored next time it is opened.
2. The state should be persisted per input of the tree viewer.
3. The state should be consistent among all the file tree including the properties page, the file selection dialog and the folder selection dialog used in the new wizard.

The states that should be persisted should include:
1. The visibility of each column.
2. The width of each column.
3. The order of the tree column.
4. The enablement of each viewer filter.
