As part of his Google summer of code project, Stefan developed an hover extension for extdoc. This popup  works but changes the way how people use hovers in a too intrusive way. Little adjustments are needed so that the behavior of this hover looks more like the old one (especially, the debug hovers should work).

Since this hover popup was deactivated, I'm closing this as wont fix.
