provider extension point has been added. Code to read and instantiate extensions from registry are in ExtdocModule. Javadoc Proivder and Subclassing Directives Provider are now configured via extension points.

Code needs to be discussed. Sebastian, can you review it?

Sebastian, I've implemented several providers on top of the new APIs. They work well and the provider code is astonishingly clean ;) Is there anything that you think has to be addressed before closing this bug? If not, would you close it?

The providers are really looking very clean. I don't see any open issues at the moment, so I close this bug. It may be reopened if issues arise...
