Description Marc-Florian Wendland CLA 2011-12-12 08:38:30 EST
A very annoying shortcoming of Papyrus is that it is not possible to create Dependencies and its subclasses (Generalization, Usage, Abstraction) via the native ModelExplorer popup menu 'New Child' element.

It happens quite often that cross-diagram element must be linked with each other manually. Until today, this is only possible by copying an existing Dependencies or subclass in the ModelExplorer and modifying the source and target elements via its properties section.

As an PackageableElement, I would expect Dependency (and subclasses) to be listed in the 'New Child' menu entry.

As mentioned, this is very annoying and shouldn'be actually a big deal to realize.
