A new Permission for the general outline-menü 'add column' (in german: 'Spalte hinzufügen...') is needed for external BSICRM-Users. These external Users may not see the menu.

3 new Permissions added: Create-, Update-, DeleteCustomColumnPermission. Those are necessary for the Add-, Modify-, RemoveCustomColumnMenus.

The dialog 'organize columns' has also the field 'add column'. The permission 'CreateCustomColumnPermission' must be checked here too.

Thanks for the test. Permissions also checked in the OrganizeColumnsForm.
