The tree in the New Assembly directive wizard for file system and workspace archive page does not show any icon (see the attached page)

Steps to recreate:
1. Create an EAR 
2. Go to the deployment assembly page and select Add -> Archives from file system or Archive from workspace. 
3. Click Add and select a jar. Click OK
4. Note that there is no icon next to the jar (see attached screen)

The attached patch can be applied to R3_3_maintenance and HEAD for WTP 3.3.2 and 3.4
