The orion.file.contenttype service should let you associate an icon (a data URL I guess?) with a content type. The icon would be displayed in the navigator, and maybe elsewhere too.
I'll round up some default icons based on what eclipse uses.
Is there an Eclipse place that let you see all the icons they have available? (Hmm, I might have to revive IconMan!)
(In reply to comment #2) > Is there an Eclipse place that let you see all the icons they have available? > (Hmm, I might have to revive IconMan!) Not that I know of, besides browsing the git repos. There is an IBM-internal catalog for the ones that IBM has designed, I can send you the link.
fixed with 583312c9f1b8f8688ac1e483a55a405c90a3d54b. I'll update bug 364399 with the list of icons needed. For now I used the silk icons since we have legal approval to use those. We probably have some JSDT icons for most of these types, but I couldn't easily find them, and we would need a CQ to include them in this project (I think.)

fyi. I updated the icons using the existing WTP icons. I opened bug 366741 to discuss the data URI issue (it affects at least three service extensions that I know of)
